How much is the charges and time frames?

 

FREE HOME DELIVERY FOR A MINIMUM ORDER OF RS 1000

ORDER LESS RS 1000 = RS 100 DELIVERY FEE

Delivery Planning:

Monday & Tuesday - Port-Louis & Plaine-Wilhems

Wednesday & Thursday - Curepipe, Flacq & North

Friday & Saturday - South

Due to traffic conditions, we are unable to give you an approximate time

 

How will I get the confirmation for my delivery day?

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN SMS MESSAGE FROM OUR SUPPORT TEAM THE DAY BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY AND THE DRIVER WILL CALL YOU WHEN HE IS NEAR YOUR PLACE.

Returns & Exchanges

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES – 

Please check all your products and gifts carefully as we shall not be responsible once you have signed your invoice upon delivery.

If you choose to return your faulty or non-conforming products, we will first need to confirm that it is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to the description on our Website.

If we determine the products is not faulty, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange and we will return the product to you. 

Else we shall proceed to deliver the correct product.

You cannot make changes to or cancel your order once it has been packed and scheduled for delivery.
